In this video Malcolm Fry punts his ITILLite book. After watching this video I thought about the stated reasons for using service management for "governance." Governance is used as a reason for many things but all those laws and regulations mentioned did not prevent the credit crunch. Sorry, Malcolm, you have the cart before the horse.
